Each ticket is assigned a type depending on certain criteria.
Types
Delivery
Tickets for delivering material directly to a customer.
Criteria
Does not meet the criteria for any other ticket type
Fee
Tickets to identify fees outside delivery and material cost. E.g. environmental fee, wait time, etc.
Criteria
Service code contains “fee” or “4444” (case insensitive).
Roll Off
Tickets to encompass everything roll off related. Typically these are delivery or pick up of a roll off cans, but can include other things like roll off rentals.

Service code contains “rollo” (case insensitive).
Dump Fee
Tickets for removing excess and waste material from Temple Hills to a dump site.
Criteria
Service code contains “disp” or “dump fee” (case insensitive).
Stock
Tickets for restocking materials to the Temple Hills yard.
Criteria
Client is ReAgg and the service code is not for a rental.
Other
These are specific tickets that do not fall under any other category.
Criteria
Service code is “fuel”, “rolloff999”, or “rolloff990”
