FAQs

1. Why do my filters not work?
   • Filters need to be applied. Make sure you press the apply button!
2. Why do I not see the latest version of the GPA?
   • Very often browsers cache a website. This means that it saves a copy of it locally in order to load it faster the next time you access it. If your browser is caching the website, it will not update on a timely manner. Instead you will have to do a hard refresh.
3. Why is my change in Interact not being reflected in the GPA?
   • Even though GPA talks directly to Interact, any changes made will only be shown after refreshing the GPA data. See Database Synchronization.
4. Can I edit Interact directly from GPA?
   • Not at this time.
